Job description: Work Arrangement: Work from Home The RFP Support Specialist is part of a high-performing team responsible for managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from start to finish. This includes collaborating with various business units, responding to complex requests, and ensuring Key Negotiated Rates are correctly loaded and bookable in IHG systems. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and system navigation skills. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to RFPs in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate with hotels, Global Sales, and internal teams to gather data and resolve complex issues. Load and verify rates using the WebRL tool. Test and provide feedback on system enhancements. Support hotels with RFP tools and escalate concerns when needed. Handle special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year course. At least 6 months’ experience in a BPO or office environment. Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems. Bilingual in Spanish (Written and Spoken)
