Start your Voyage – Apply NowGet to Know the Opportunity:Analyzes, researches, and independently responds to Request For Proposals (RFP) from existing and prospective clients for defined Life, Disability and Supplemental Benefit products. This generally includes standard requests and, to a certain extent, larger and more complex RFP’s that may require additional research and analysis. Supports distribution staff with maintaining broker relationships and proposal responsesThe Contributions You’ll Make:Responsible for coordination and completion of the more standard custom Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and, to a certain extent, independently completes or coordinates the completion moderately complex RFPs and consultant questionnaires.Coordinate and conduct planning sessions with sales representatives, underwriters and appropriate Subject Matter Experts (product, plan administration, implementation, etc.) to address the scope of the RFP, issues, product questions and establish ownership and timeframe for RFP completion.Assess information needs, conduct research and contact functional representatives to retrieve and coordinate all required information and manage RFP process through completion, prior to deadline, including communicating with brokers, vendors, and partners outside of the Company.Responsible for quality review of drafts and final documents for RFPs, as well as peer reviews if needed. More senior team members may take on certain additional responsibilities such as assigning work and training responsibilities.Provide flex resources for other teams during non-peak seasons, including attending benefit fairs for new or existing clients.Minimum Knowledge & Experience:High School Diploma or GED2- 3 years’ experience in a sales team support roleExperience with Excel & SalesforceSuperior interpersonal skills, with emphasis on providing incomparable partnership with Underwriters, Brokers and Sales teamExcellent oral and written communication skills, with varying audiencesExceptional organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple prioritiesPreferred Knowledge & Experience:Bachelor’s degreeExperience with Life, Disability and Supplemental products#LI-IB1Compensation Pay Disclosure:Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.$53,540 – $66,930 USDBe Well.
