Job description: THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. Walton Signage is a well-respected, innovative company in the signage industry. Magazine’s fastest growing companies.We are currently recruiting for an RFP Specialist to foster favorable relationships with existing clients, both internal and external, prepare new quotes, meet with in-house project teams, sales team, and other cross functional departments as necessary. Responsible for managing and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Bids (RFB), Invitations to Bid (ITB), Requests for Quotes (RFQ), and Requests for Information (RFI) to help secure new business opportunities.DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Performs RFP related duties as directed by the RFP Director.
• Analyze RFP Documents: Interpret RFPs to identify key requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) to gather necessary

information and responses. * Develop Proposals: Craft comprehensive and compelling proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Manage Timelines: Ensure all internal reviews, revisions, and approvals are completed before submission deadlines.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to proposal requirements, including formatting, content, and delivery specifications.
• Follow-Up: Conduct post-submission follow-up with potential clients to address questions and provide additional

information. * Analyze Outcomes: Gather feedback from clients to inform continuous improvement in the RFP process.

• Assist with negotiating with specialist suppliers and/or subcontractors.
• As needed, support client Onboarding initiatives as directed by the COO and CRO.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.

• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products required to include Excel fluency and data analytics to include but not limited to VLookup, HLookup, Pivot table creation, If/Then statements, etc.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

• Holds sensitive / confidential information in the highest regard. Define goals that ensure company and customer satisfaction.

• Must maintain a continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
