So, join our team and feel like you’re part of something bigger.About your teamThe Asia Pacific ex- Japan RFP Team is responsible for supporting key sales and marketing efforts across the institutional and wholesale/ intermediary/retail business channels in Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, China, Singapore, Southeast Asia and Middle East. The team’s main responsibilities include completing detailed Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and ad-hoc requests. Potential clients request this information in order to evaluate our company, products and services; and ultimately make major investment decisions.It is vital that Fidelity provides our clients with up-to-date, high quality documents which communicate our marketing message clearly and the RFP team members are responsible for project managing and producing these documents.About your roleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality, tailored responses to information requests which communicate Fidelity’s competitive advantages and product features in a clear and compelling proposal. This involves crafting new content as well as using existing materials.The RFP Manager works particularly closely with the Asia Pacific ex-Japan sales teams, client services teams, investment specialists, the RFP content management team and other experts throughout Fidelity. As the role involves sourcing and providing in-depth written answers to questions on a wide variety of topics, this role provides an excellent opportunity to gain an in-depth knowledge of Fidelity’s products and services.
