Job description: Opportunity at a global investment firm in the RFP team supporting the financial goals of millions of clients worldwide. The proposal team is central to winning new business. The team develops detailed, tailored responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and consultant questionnaires.RFP Manager/RFP ExecutiveYou will be responsible for creating high-quality proposals for institutional clients across key regions. Working closely with internal experts across sales, investments, compliance, and product, you’ll ensure all submissions are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of RFP proposals, from planning to submissionGather and refine content with input from key stakeholdersMaintain and improve a centralised content repositoryEnsure clarity, accuracy, and compliance in all materialsOversee multiple projects under tight deadlinesKeep up-to-date on our investment products and servicesContribute to process improvements across the teamSkills and Experience3-5 years in proposal writing or RFP management in asset managementUnderstanding of investment products and fund structuresExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong writing, editing, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlinesSkilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
