In this position you will Lead the development and coordination of RFP responses, ensuring high-quality proposals that meet client objectives. You will be responsible for Reviewing RFP documentation to understand client requirements and evaluation criteria. Collaborating with internal teams and other subject matter experts to gather information to inform the proposal. Crafting narratives that articulate bolttech’s value proposition and differentiators and translating complex concepts into clear, compelling messages tailored to clients. Developing visually appealing RFP decks using tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides. Customising each deck according to specific RFP and client requirements and integrating content from internal and external sources to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. Managing project timelines for deck creation and coordinating feedback from cross-functional teams to finalise RFP materials. Conducting research on prospective clients and competitors to inform content. Reviewing final decks for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. Proven track record of creating successful RFP decks for various industries. Insurtech industry knowledge would be an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite. Show more Show less
