We are looking for a skilled and motivated RF Filter Design Engineer to join our team in developing high-performance cavity filters for Ericsson’s Radio Base Stations. In this cross-functional and agile environment, you’ll work alongside mechanical designers, project managers, and vendors to deliver innovative RF solutions and support the full product lifecycle—from concept to production.Key Responsibilities:Design, simulate, and test RF components for cavity filter productsCollaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate filter designsSupport manufacturing, vendors, and project management throughout developmentConduct RF lab testing using tools such as spectrum/network analyzers and power metersProvide troubleshooting, customer support, and continuous product improvementQualifications:BSEE or MSEE with 2+ years of relevant experienceExperience with RF simulation tools (e.g., HFSS)Familiarity with mechanical CAD tools (e.g., CREO)Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of product development and lifecycle management is a plusNice to Have:Experience in Lean/Agile environmentsUnderstanding of telecom industry standards and customer expectations
