If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Location: Melbourne / SydneyAbout the Role: As a member of the Global Rewards, Recognition, and Performance (RRP) team, you will report to the Australia and New Zealand RRP Lead and manage rewards across Australia and New Zealand for Accenture. You will work closely with various Corporate Function teams, including Recruitment, HR, ER, and Finance, to advocate, activate, and communicate reward and performance programs.What You’ll Do:Champion, educate, and provide strategic advisory to relevant HR teams and business on Rewards philosophy, strategy, programs, and key deliverables.Collaborate with HR and Business Leaders to understand business and people strategies and design solutions that support these strategies.Ensure market data analysis and recommendations align with Accenture’s reward strategy and are relevant in the ANZ market.Manage the delivery of Total Rewards activities, including Compensation Budget Planning and Compensation Reviews.Support the Executive Compensation process, including MD salary proposals and the annual reviews.Collaborate with local teams to ensure compliance with local legal requirements.Partner with global RRP functions and SMEs to ensure the relevance of all ANZ RRP programs and initiatives.What We’re Looking For:At least 5-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with a solid understanding of the full spectrum of Total Rewards.Keen eye for detail, innovative problem-solving skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong collaboration and partnering capabilities to work effectively with diverse teams.Ability to cope well with ambiguity and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.#LI_GMEqual Employment Opportunity Statement for Australia:At Accenture, we recognise that our people are multi-dimensional, and we create a work environment where all people feel like they can bring their authentic selves to work, every day.Our unwavering commitment to inclusion and diversity unleashes innovation and creates a culture where everyone feels they have equal opportunity.
