Position Type: 12 months Contractual renewable
Total Experience: 5-10 years
Language Proficiency: English/ArabicJob Responsibilities:
It complies with local and international standards and best practices, supporting the achievement of the ministry’s strategic objectives. • Preparing and monitoring the implementation of the localization plan in the ministry’s institutions and sectors, ensuring the achievement of targeted localization rates according to government directives. Organizational Design and Career Paths • Managing the ministry’s organizational and functional structure and ensuring that each role is accurately reflected in the structure, preparing job descriptions in coordination with relevant departments to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities. • Updating supervisory and specialized positions and developing job titles according to the latest developments in organizational structures to ensure alignment with work needs and future trends. • Updating job title data and the organizational structure in the approved government human resources system to ensure data standardization and electronic linking with official systems. • Evaluating newly created jobs and approving them with the relevant federal human resources authority in accordance with the approved regulations and systems. Workforce Planning • Analyzing the workforce periodically and identifying annual needs for human resources to ensure optimal distribution of personnel. • Preparing and reviewing succession plans.
