Join Findex as a Revenue Operations Analyst!We are seeking a diligent and motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team at Findex. This pivotal function plays a key role in aligning and optimising our revenue generating teams to drive consistent, scalable growth.In this role, you will support the Revenue Operations team by analysing data, delivering actionable insights, and enhancing processes and systems to improve the end-to-end sales cycle for the go-to-market function (GTM) at Findex. This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working conditions, open to anyone based across Australia and New Zealand.What will your typical week look like?

• Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and revenue metrics, providing actionable insights for leadership to drive strategic decision making.
• Analyse and optimise revenue processes by identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and implementing targeted improvements to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Digital teams to enhance the tech stack, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure seamless integration of systems to support data-driven decision making.
• Maintain documentation and provide guidance to the GTM team on best practices for pipeline management, forecasting and accelerating deal velocity to drive consistent, sustained team performance and growth.

Let’s talk about you! You are..

• Degree qualified (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Hubspot (or similar CRM) required, with experience in CRM optimisation, reporting and data management.
• Commercial experience in revenue operations, commercial analysis, or business analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyse and visualise complex data, and provide actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
