• Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Evaluate pricing strategies and provide insights to optimize revenue management
• Enhance forecasting capabilities to align with market conditions and consumer preferences
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on revenue performance and market insights
• Support the Director of Revenue Management to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop data-driven pricing strategies

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in revenue analysis, market research, or data analytics (preferably in the hotel industry)
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in numerical analysis and data interpretation
• IT savvy, with familiarity in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, statistical analysis software)
• Effective communication skills to present findings and collaborate with other departments
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn
