Job description: Red D are recruiting a Revenue Manager for a luxury hotel in Co. Kerry.This is an outstanding full-time opportunity for an experienced Revenue Manager to lead all aspects of revenue strategy and performance for a luxury property. As Revenue Manager, you will take full ownership of pricing, inventory management, and market analysis to drive financial performance.The ideal Revenue Manager will have a deep understanding of luxury hospitality market trends, guest behaviours, and proven revenue optimisation strategies. Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams, the Revenue Manager will develop and execute strategies that maximise revenue growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily revenue management function as the hotel’s Revenue Manager, optimising pricing and occupancy.
• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to increase room revenue and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to support data-driven decisions.
• Take full responsibility for room inventory across all distribution channels, including direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, and tour operator allocations.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
• Lead and mentor the reservations team to support revenue targets.
• Regularly review and adjust forecasts to ensure they reflect actual performance.
• As Revenue Manager, stay ahead of market trends and events that influence demand.

What We’re Looking For:

• A professional qualification in revenue management.
• Extensive experience as a Revenue Manager or in a senior revenue management role, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with leading revenue management systems and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with HotSoft, SynXis, D-Edge, Avvio/SHR, and Revinate is highly desirable.
• Ability to interpret data from STR and Lighthouse reporting tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
