This role will be responsible for supporting the creation and delivery of the PlayStation Plus new growth strategy. Owning the pricing strategy is a significant element of this role with a focus on developing in detail the ongoing roadmap, initiatives and tracking the CLV impact – sharing with senior leadership and driving any projects forward.The role is highly collaborative, focussed on driving critical metrics across the business that support customer revenue growth – Collaborating closely with Product, Channel Sales and Partnership teams, alongside the wider PlayStation Plus team to implement and build aligning and complimentary plans.You will be required to work at a global level – understanding global vs local behaviours and adapting plans appropriately. This will involve working across all partner teams with colleagues in Europe, America and Asia to agree, communicate and deploy business plans.New growth plans are delivered through pricing strategy, business partnerships and bundling initiatives – All are key drivers of our growth and unlock investment back into our proposition.
