Job description: ABOUT THE DIVISION:In the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people’s lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, SkinCeuticals).With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fuelled by +7.5k employees around the world.We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join our team, supporting all brands across the division!ABOUT THE JOB

  • Support Commercial & Marketing teams in the development of customer-specific promotional growth plans to deliver category, customer and brand objectives.
  • Analyse category dynamics, performance and trends to identify future growth opportunities and develop retailer-specific recommendations
  • Utilise consumer, shopper and market insights from multiple platforms and information sources to create compelling customer presentations which engage retailers and assert our category credentials
  • Overseeing and driving pricing, promotion, mix, and PPA initiatives to unlock sustainable category / business growth
  • Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams, using relevant data and insights to influence promotional optimisation & strategy (including PA, COOP and marketing spend)
  • Work closely with Commercial teams, translating relevant data and insights into business building opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, business development, & finance to lead and roll out the RGM agenda
  • Tools & reporting creation & embedment

ABOUT YOU

  • You have 2-5 years previous experience within a similar role within a similar environment
  • You will have a willingness to own the analytic direction to deliver category, customer and brand objectives
  • You will be a critical thinker and be able to analyse large amounts of data
  • You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
  • You will be comfortable with quantitative and qualitative measures and analysis to help drive in market activity
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel skills are essential for the role
  • Intermediate in Power BI.
