Job description: Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Revenue Growth Executive to join our team and help drive business performance across corridors. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to grow revenue through pricing optimisation, product performance, customer segmentation, and marketing alignment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, analytics, operations, and partnerships to support both short-term growth initiatives and long-term strategic planning.Key Responsibilities
Monitor key revenue metrics across corridors, products, and customer segments to identify growth opportunities.
Analyze pricing models, margins, and competitor offerings to suggest adjustments that improve revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to drive adoption of new services and features that generate revenue.
Support performance tracking for growth campaigns, promotions, and pricing experiments.
Work closely with analytics and data teams to build dashboards and reports that highlight trends, risks, and growth levels.
Assist in customer segmentation analysis to tailor pricing and engagement strategies.
Coordinate with marketing to align promotions with high-margin corridors and conversion opportunities.
Conduct market research to benchmark performance and identify new product or corridor opportunities.
Participate in planning and execution of cross-selling and upselling strategies in term revenue growth.
Help identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the revenue funnel and propose solutions.
Collaborate with finance and sales to ensure alignment of growth strategies with financial goals.
Support leadership in preparing presentations and revenue reports for internal reviews.Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in revenue operations, business growth, product analytics, or strategy—preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Solid understanding of unit economics, pricing models, and margin analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, experience with Excel and BI tools is a must
  • Familiarity with SQL or experience working with data teams is a plus
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders and tight timelines
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to balance data and execution
