We are truly committed to making a positive difference.He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the roleIn this role you will ensure the accuracy of water and wastewater billing for commercial customers, finding solutions to complex issues where needed. Lead the charging of non-standard wastewater discharge ensuring that opportunities for growth of the portfolio are regularly reviewed. Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About youIn this role you will bring:

• 3 years + in a customer facing role
• Understanding of commercial customers and their needs
• Problem solving ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand, analyse and make recommendations
• Strong interpersonal skills
