Job description: Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need You have 3+ years of experience in a collections role. You have experienced in Corporate/SME banking, Fintech, or e-Commerce and preferrable experience in having led a team of 8-15 collection agents. Knowledge about Corporate/SME banking credit and collection policies is necessary. You are a team player and be able to suggest innovations that Collections can adopt. You have curiosity for learning and able to implement process improvements. You have strong command in data storytelling and experience presenting insights to management. You have transformative mindset.

Expected salary: 2000 – 3300 per month

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
