Job description: Job Profile:This role serves as a key enabler for the XO Marketplace business, by partnering with Sales, Analytics, Data Science, and Operator Success to turn data into actionable insights that drive growth and operational performance, working closely with the Chief Business Officer to highlight and priotise growth focus for the business.
You will gather, interpret, and use complex data to inform sales insights and AI models to set the stage for hyper growth and will play a key role in aligning data insights with cross-departmental projects and sprint execution— enabling the successful delivery of growth initiatives and ensuring teams are equipped with the tools and visibility to execute effectively. This role is crucial for turning analysis into action and driving coordinated progress toward commercial targets.As the role evolves, you’ll have increasing ownership of growth initiatives, including revenue growth and margin optimization, maximizing operator profit pools through data-driven growth strategies, streamlining operations, and nurturing a high-performance culture. Success will require curiosity, initiative, and the ability to connect data with impact across teams.You will shape and communicate commercial priorities, establish clear and effective performance tracking frameworks, and optimize business processes.
This role will expand as your curiosity broadens. You will have the agency to shape the vision of bringing XO Marketplace growth to the next level, as the leader in the private aviation industry. Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across internal teams—including Operator Success, Marketplace Revenue Growth, and Finance —to generate insights into sales funnel performance, conversion trends, operator reliability, pricing, and market dynamics.
  • Use data science techniques to lead the design and continuous refinement of recurring performance monitoring and reporting frameworks that translate insights into commercial impact, guiding decisions on supply-demand alignment, growth strategies, and customer experience.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of cross-departmental efforts, projects, and sprints by embedding analytics-driven and actionable insights, ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned, effectively tracked, and supported by reliable metrics.
  • Identify trends and challenges, acting as a growth advisor, synthesizing in-depth data analysis to guide high-impact decisions and drive long-term growth opportunities.
  • Ensure performance insights are communicated effectively through structured reporting and presentations, tailored to the needs of key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Establish and evolve robust tracking systems and KPIs that provide real-time visibility into business health and enable timely course correction.
  • Foster a high-performance, metric-driven culture by embedding accountability into day-to-day operations, recognizing excellence, and promoting continuous improvement across teams and partners.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Aviation background is highly recommended.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly proficient with Python, Tableau and SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and influence strategic decisions based on data insights.
