• Gather and organize financial data related to revenue, including sales figures, customer behaviour, and market trends
• Analyse data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that impact revenue
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to commercial team
• Develop revenue forecasts based on historical data and market analysis. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and marketing plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and optimize pricing
• Track and evaluate the performance of revenue-generating initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify potential growth opportunities
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, or a related field. Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is essential
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
