With our global reach, we ensure the global supply chain has access to the Flash memory it needs to keep our world moving forward.Job DescriptionReporting to the Revenue Manager, the individual will be responsible for global Customer Master Data set up & maintenance; global shipment cut-off process and posting revenue recognition related journal entries. The individual will work closely with Sales & Sales Ops to respond to inquiries and fulfill their requirements. This position will support various AR and Revenue functions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and maintain customer master data,
• Respond to customer master data related inquiries and requests,
• Resolve issues related to customer account,
• Perform revenue recognition process for Shipment cut-off and SNI with business partners,
• Prepare and present monthly account reconciliations, close analytics, variance analysis and ad hoc reports,
• Manage internal and external audit,
• Drive process improvement and automation to streamline end to end processes,
• Support new business initiatives and address risk and concerns,
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by various business parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with 5 or more years of accounting experience in multinational company or shared services center.
• The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English is a must
• Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people as a team member.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, as well to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Superior analytical skills and a high level of attention to details.
• Ability to work well with multiple teams and different cultures.
• Outstanding performer and obtain recognition in current jobs is preferred
• Familiar with SAP, Oracle Cloud or similar ERP system.
• Shared service experience is preferred.
