Job description: JOB OVERVIEWWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance our business operations.Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
Prepare detailed sales reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly summaries.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to the team.
Monitor inventory and provide recommendations for stock management based on sales analysis.
Generate various reports (e.g., customer behavior, product performance, and market trends).
Assist with creating sales forecasts and budgeting based on historical data.
Collaborate with the team to recommend strategies for improving sales performance.
Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales data analysis or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools.
Familiarity with retail sales metrics and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with CRM or inventory management software is a plus.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
