Job description: Responsibilities:Deliver training programs through both online and offline to shop front sales staffs, clients, business partners and consumersFocuses on electronic product knowledge and sales skill deliverySupport training administration including class enrollment, record updating, reporting and related logistics to launch training programs in a smooth and effective wayIdentify training needs and customize training materials for training programsCoordinate with internal and external parties in executing training initiativesRequirements:Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines;Minimum 2 year experiences in training and development;Customer-oriented, well-organized, positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;Proficiency in MS office including PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;Knowledge in consumer electronic products including but not limited to washing machine, CTV, monitor, refrigerator will be definitely an advantage;Knowledge in video production & editing would be a plus;Immediately available is preferableAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
