We want to make a positive impact on the world and we will support our suppliers and customers to make a difference too.We are inviting applications for the role of Retail Optimisation Specialist Team Lead within our Retail Operations team.The successful candidate will:Work in conjunction with our cross functional and Sales teams to develop efficient instore operational processes for our brands.Support the Retail Optimisation Specialists team in scheduling and executing our operational processes to the highest standard.The role involves working closely with our cross functional and Sales teams across all areas, but specifically:Documentation/review of existing core processes at store levelDevelopment of new processes that make in store operations more efficientSupport the rollout of new processes already developed within Musgrave but have yet to achieve cut through at store levelSupport the development and Implement of a consistent way of working across each brandSupport the development and use of reporting tools that capture input and output through clear and measurable KPI’sThrough new process optimisation, drive efficiency at store level as part of Centra Next Gen/SITG and SuperValu Next Gen projects.The successful candidate will possess all or most of the following:

• Experience in managing a high-performance team with a third level qualification in Sales/Business or similar advantageous.
• Experience in managing pilot initiatives and process mapping
• Ability to report on weekly KPI’s and project governance deadlines
• Experience working on retail rollouts as part of a cross functional team
• Excellent communication & relationship management skills
• A minimum 2 years’ experience working in project management
• Commercial acumen and reporting skills
• Good computer skills including MS Office and project planning.
