Job description: Main Responsibilities:On top of the standard sales account management & relationship building, the Retail Loans Department Head should be able to deliver the budget. Should be able to manage standard sales activities such as but not limited to: company accreditation for salary loans, accreditation and development of Direct Sales Agencies to grow the Personal Loan portfolio, company presentation, orientation, solicitation of loan applications, nesting activities, line renewals and line utilization. Monitoring of accredited companies, usage rates, approval rates, and booking rates shall also be managed. Planning and strategic sales management will be observed at all times to ensure the business grows responsibly. Also, it is crucial to develop strategies to be more competitive in the market and keep a healthy portfolio. This includes regular review of sales revenue and market share.Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for the accreditation of salary loan accounts companies belonging to growing and profitable industry sectors.

• Responsible for the accreditation and management of Direct Sales Agencies to promote retail loan products, such as Personal Loan
• Ensures the signing, updating, and renewal of the Memorandum of Agreement for all Salary Loan accredited companies.
• Conduct regular sales calls or client visits on potential or inactive accounts to develop new business or convert them into active accounts. Develop a strategic position for the company to be competitive in the market.
• Ensures the compliance of client companies to submit all required documents including the completeness of the loan application of borrowers within the prescribed period.
• Ensures client companies and borrowers will be introduced and migrated to the most efficient loan onboarding and payment procedures available for UFII.
• Diagnose issues affecting the delinquency per company in coordination with the official collections reporting of UFII.
• Recommend and implement action plans (within the bounds of official duties and responsibilities) to arrest and make manageable the delinquency level of the company.
• Recommends action plans, obtains approval and rolls out plans to take these companies out of the delinquent status.
• Suggest and implement client volume retention activities and marketing programs to grow the Salary Loan sales portfolio.
• Regular sales meeting to address issues and concerns and sales projections.
• Ensures the growth and well-being of employees through various engagements including mentoring.
• Must comply in any audit and compliance task
• Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• College graduate preferably in the field of commerce, finance, management
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in Consumer Lending
• Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of success in business development. With above-average knowledge in managing the whole operations of the consumer lending business (e.g. sales, credit, collections). Strong communication skills.
• With a strong resolve to deliver the target; creativity and problem-solving skills; works with a high degree of integrity.
