Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Retail Financing Specialist (Personal Financing) at Bank Muamalat in WP Kuala Lumpur. The specialist will be responsible for daily tasks related to retail sales, product knowledge, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service. Some remote work is acceptable for this role. Qualifications Retail Sales and Product Knowledge Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills Customer Service expertise Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and organizational abilities Experience in the banking or financial services industry preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
