We work with our teams, guiding them towards success and we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service.Hours:

• Sun 9.30-4.00
• Mon 8.30-5.30
• Tue 8.30-5.30
• Wed 8.30-5.30
• Thu 12.00-8.00

The right candidate will have the opportunity to learn useful sales and leadership skills that will help fast track their management career.The Role:

• Assist to grow our business
• Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store target
• Develop your leadership by assisting the store manager to run the business
• Coach and role model our values
• Multi-tasking superstar who can get admin done while still putting customers first.

• You must love customers and genuinely enjoy selling
• You will be confident and enthusiastic
• You will be professionally presented and well-spoken
• Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store
• A flare for merchandising and a desire to share your passion for beautiful things
• Be reliable, positive and trustworthy

We are part of a large retail chain that provides a fabulous supportive pathway to a management career. We provide full training in sales, product knowledge and leadership skills and tasks including training in Wellington CBD for two days.
