- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably at least 1 year working experience in the related field
- Candidates with no experience are also encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays
- Self-motivated and passionate about retail
TanggungjawabJOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectations
- Resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and monitor inventory, stock and products
- Price tagging and arrangement of stocks
- Carry out the daily work of live operations
- Attend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card payment
- Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times
- Assist in stock takes and other events
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
