Job description: Retail and Customer Experience Marketing Manager is responsible for the following: Creates brand visual identity development and roll-out of BVI in assets/applications like packaging, wares, uniform and nameplates. Leads customer experience strategy and works together with HR, Restaurant Systems and National Business Channels teams to ensure that brand’s service model and employee experience contributes to enhancement of customer experience. This includes mapping out the omnichannel customer journey, creation menu board and merchandising design and ordering principles and execution, availability of instore music, and other marketing hardware and software innovations. Works with Global Marketing Design Center to develop the retail store concept design that is aligned to Brand DNA, Brand Visual Identity and Experience Strategy, serves as brand consultant for Planning & Design and Operations during execution and roll-out of store concept in new and renovated stores. This covers the store concept design and its elements like murals, pending number, furniture, signage, lighting fixtures, etc. Ensures that project spends are within A&P budget and timely release of PO and closing of payables Background/Additional Competencies Experience on branding, interior and industrial design principles Exposure on graphic design and architecture is a plus At least 5 years of working experience and can work well with cross functional teams
