Attend client’s project briefing with the project manager
Independently complete the plan under the guidance of research policies
Independent translation project questionnaire
Independently designed questionnaire for small and medium-sized projects
Responsible for project training
Participate in visitor training, trial visits, and accompanying visits
Responsible for the preliminary preparation work for project operation and implementation, including: project opening, filling out and summarizing budget forms, applying for filing numbers to prepare internal plans, and preparing project guidelines after training
Responsible for quality control of project operations
Responsible for verifying the accuracy of data reports
Check the report charts prepared by the researchers and independently prepare the report
Independently develop code tables and check quality control reports
Prepare data report headers
Conduct data analysis and write down key findings
Responsible for guiding new researchers to become familiar with and adapt to the work environmentJob requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
1-2 years of market research experience
Having knowledge in marketing and statistics
Have an understanding or practical experience in market research and research methods
Have work experience in project control or project management
Excellent writing and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in computer skills (OFFICE office software), familiar with statistical software such as SPSS and SAS
Good time management ability, project management ability, problem-solving ability, and teamwork spirit
Open minded, proactive, creative, and resilient
