Job description: Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing specialized CAD software tailored for engineering applications and 3D printing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings and drive innovation in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify user needs and industry trends.Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define software requirements and specifications.Develop and optimize 3D modeling and analysis tools within the CAD software.Integrate material performance data to enhance design accuracy and efficiency.Participate in the testing and validation of software features, ensuring functionality and reliability.Document research findings and contribute to technical reports and user manuals.Stay updated with the latest advancements in 3D printing technology and CAD software development.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong understanding of CAD software and 3D modeling techniques.Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and materials.Experience in structural analysis and finite element analysis (FEA) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Peggy Peggy
