Job description: Responsibilities:Work with the business partners to evaluate and document new customer requests / new products for changes within systems.Liaise with business partners to provide Pre & Post Sales Analyst support where technical knowledge is required.Support business partners providing analysis on operational issues affecting live production orders.Identify and implement the data requirements for various products and production strategy.Create functional specification documents of internal parties’ requirements.Host projects and coordinate with stakeholders of different locations and time zones.Requirements:University graduated in IT Discipline or equivalent.5+ yrs relevant experience with advanced IT knowledge in EDI, dotNet, Azure, API, XML.Programming experience with C#, SQL will be an advantage.Experience with Production or Printing Industry will be an advantage.Able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.Detail-minded, strong analytical and problem-solving skill.Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin).We offer 5-day work and group medical & life insurance.
