Job description: CARE Pakistan invites bids for the Supply Of Climate Smart Agriculture Site Package (Vehari And Okara).Key Details:RFQ Issue Date: January 20, 2025Submission Deadline: January 26, 2025 (11:59 PM PST)Selection Criteria:

Note:

• The shortlisted vendors will be requested for sample submission and can be asked for any Proof/Document of the authorized dealers/ distributors to ensure the vendors are/ will procure from authentic source.

• The vendor selected/finalized for the order will submit the Germination Certificate of the seeds being provided.
• If any vendor fails to submit the required samples or documents. CARE reserves the right to exclude the vendor from RFQ.

Mandatory Documents to be submitted:The bidder must submit the following documents mentioned below:

• Signed and Stamped RFQ Document with Quotation.
• Income Tax Certificate (NTN), Sales Tax Certificate (Optional)
• Relevant Purchase Orders must be attached -At least 2 Purchase Orders, each Purchase Order should be more than PKR 1,500,000/-)

Scope of Work:The procurement includes the Supply Of Climate Smart Agriculture Site Package (Vehari And Okara). Full Details for application, item and specification are provided in the attached RFQ document and Annexure A.Mandatory Notes:

• Vendor will be responsible for the warehousing facility in Vehari and okara including security of items in warehouse.

• CARE reserves the right to increase/decrease the quantity mentioned herein depending on the available budget for the activity.

• This is a time-bound project. CARE will prioritize vendors who can ensure quickly deliver items. Upon selection, the vendor will be responsible for completing the task within the stipulated timeframe. Any deviation from the agreed timelines or required specifications may result in contract termination or a 1% penalty per day will be imposed for delay of each key milestone.

• CARE reserves the right to reject one or all tenders without any reason.

• By responding to this RFQ, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
