Job description: Request for Proposals (RFP) 46235– Consulting firm for the endline assessment .Pathfinder International invites proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct an Endline Assessment for the project “Advancing the Leadership of Women and Girls Towards Better Health and Climate Change Resilience.” The assessment aims to evaluate the project’s outcomes, impact, and sustainability while identifying key lessons learned and best practices.The selected firm will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive mixed-methods evaluation, including health facility assessments, quantitative surveys, and qualitative interviews across six districts in Pakistan. The findings will contribute to strengthening future climate and health programming.Key Details

• Performance Period: May 15 – October 15, 2025
• Eligibility: Consulting firms with 5–10 years of experience in project evaluations, data analysis, and report writing, particularly in climate resilience and health programming.
