Job description: Role Summary: The position is responsible for providing support towards the fulfillment of Reputation and Stakeholder Management’s (RSM) strategy and execution of its programs. Responsibilities: Identifies programs or initiatives to continuously continuously improve stakeholder management in the Business Unit. Ensure that local grievances and concerns coming from various stakeholders are properlycollated, monitored, and addressed immediately. Periodically reviews and provides recommendations on potential improvements to the existing processes and guidelines of the department. Coordinate with various departments in gathering data pertaining to Environmental, Social,and Governance (ESG) initiatives for the Business Group. Administer RSM’sperformance management platforms to monitor the team’sperformance vs these objectives. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of a Bachelor’s degreepreferably Mass Communications, Community Development or Marketing At least 1 year relevant experience
