Internally we are very proud of our four colleague-led engagement groups, who run events/initiatives, that promote our culture and values which is a key part of the life blood of this business.Job DescriptionThe core responsibility of the successful candidate will be the leadership and management of the reporting team to include both client and regulatory reporting.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that plays a key role in the business and will provide you with the opportunity to lead the business in the production of reports to external stakeholders.This role will be based at either our Dublin or Manchester offices, leading, and managing teams in both the Manchester and Dublin offices combined with home working.How You’ll Make an Impact

  • People Management, performance management and providing leadership and excellent coaching and development plans to continually enhance and upskill the team
  • Managing both internal and external stakeholders as it concerns reporting requirements
  • Collaborating closely with other teams and stakeholders to maximum effect
  • Consulting with all external parties such as cash managers and corporate services providers, ensuring they receive accurate data and process it correctly
  • Liaising with the financial, operational and data teams to ensure efficient integration of financial information and analytical data into the data framework and systems to facilitate correct movement of cash and accurate reporting
  • Reporting requirement relate to internal, client, external market and securitisation, regulatory and any ad hoc requirements
  • Assist in the development of systems, processes, procedures, and controls to enhance reporting and increase departmental efficiency
  • Ensuring we produce ad-hoc, scheduled and Management Information reporting to a high standard
  • Ability to prioritise and calmly manage multiple demands for reporting from both external and internal areas, using relevant data sources, tools, and facilities in the most productive way.
