This is an all-rounder role that covers conveyancing, property, business, and estate planning.SKILLS YOU WILL NEEDTo excel in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and PCs a must.
  • Experience with Smokeball Practice Management software a bonus!
  • The ability to handle a variety of conveyancing and legal admin tasks, including:

– Answering phones and assisting clients and agents with professionalism and care.
– Performing searches and preparing settlement statements.
– Managing PEXA tasks.
– Entering contracts, sending emails, and answering queries.
– Drafting basic wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPOA).
– General administration duties.

  • A stable internet connection, your own smartphone, and a home office setup.
  • Be able to work autonomously, follow tasks and be organised.
