In the role of a Remediation engineer, you will be expected to work on remediating fallout orders, develop fixes for bugs leading to fallout using modern framework and technologies. This role will interface with client and will involve design, development and maintenance.

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Represent remediation team in various meetings and triage calls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Java Developer.
• Knowledge of front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture.
• Knowledge of Camunda
• Proficient in Telecom Domain.
• Knowledge of telco order remediation.

Preferred:

• Customers handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with designers, architects, sales staff, field technicians and external customers.
• Well organized and able to do multi-tasking, problem solving, troubleshooting techniques and strategic thinking.
• Analytical skills to interpret IT user requests and understand end user requirements.
• Capability to work with people in different time zones
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong & effective customer relationships.
• Solid knowledge of the IT Service Management framework, practices, and process experience in Information Technology.
• Service Delivery tasks like, reporting, customer relationship, SLA management etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
