The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and Super Affluent clients, managing, and expanding our existing client base, and providing expert financial advice to meet our clients’ unique investment needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial market, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in generating Asset Under Management (AUM) growth.Key Responsibilities:HNI Client Acquisition:

  • Develop strategies to identify and attract potential HNI and Super Affluent clients.
  • Network extensively to build relationships and establish a strong presence in the target market.
  • Leverage various channels for client acquisition, including referrals, partnerships, and digital platforms.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Regularly review client accounts and offer personalized service.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Investment Advisory:

  • Provide strategic advice to affluent clients on a wide range of investment options.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and opportunities to make informed recommendations.
  • Tailor investment solutions based on individual client profiles and financial goals.

Portfolio Management:

  • Oversee and manage clients’ investment portfolios.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing to align with client objectives and market conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Research and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with the product and research teams to stay informed about new investment products and market developments.
  • Analyze financial data and reports to make evidence-based investment decisions.

Business Development Activities:

  • Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and networking events to promote our services.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate and Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or similar are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or a related field, with a focus on HNI client acquisition and portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and AUM growth.
