With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team full-time (preferably located at our Perth office but we will consider applicants based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney). As the primary point of contact for your designated accounts, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs. Your success will hinge on your ability to comprehend client requirements, provide exceptional customer service, and adeptly communicate with clients.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSTo excel in this role, you should possess strong administrative, coordination and organisational skills. Additionally, you should demonstrate the following:Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders across assigned accounts.Problem Solving: Effective and innovative problem-solving skills focused on enhancing customer satisfaction.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional telephone manner.Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in maintaining accurate records within a CRM system.Driver’s License: Current valid driver’s license required for travel to client sites.Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in healthcare is advantageous and highly regarded.This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
