• Developing and growing a customer portfolio while continuing to care for existing, long-standing relationships.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the bank to ensure your customers receive the support and expertise they need to succeed.
• Providing exceptional customer service, fostering deep connections, and building a network of support within the agricultural community.

We’re seeking a compassionate and driven individual who is eager to make a difference in the lives of our customers and continue their journey of professional growth.Ōu Pūkenga? – What will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Proven experience in relationship management, business development, and generating new business
• Previous experience within banking / financial and/or agricultural industry in a similar capacity would be beneficial, but not essential
• Confident networking skills to enhance customer relationships, and growing portfolios
• An analytical and growth mind set, with proficiency in evaluating financial accounts, budgets and cash-flow
• Ability to be proactive and act decisively with information on hand
