Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.About Your RoleAs a Regulatory Reporting Officer (RRO) at Scope, you will play a key role in safeguarding the rights and wellbeing of individuals with disabilities by ensuring compliance with state and national regulatory requirements related to reportable incidents, including the use of restrictive practices.The RRO will ensure the reporting and continuous monitoring to meet national and state regulatory requirements. By maintaining detailed records and up-to-date reports, the RRO Team supports Scope in adhering to its commitment to upholding the dignity and rights of individuals with disabilities.Your work will involve monitoring reportable incidents, supporting internal stakeholders with training and guidance, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation that aligns with Scope’s policies and Australia’s legislative requirements.With a strong focus on human rights, this role will see you collaborating across departments and external agencies, contributing to continuous improvement and best practice approaches to behaviour support and compliance.What We Look ForWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and values-driven professional with a passion for human rights and delivering high-quality services for people with disabilities.
