This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level litigator or regulatory attorney to work on high-impact matters involving economic development, government investigations, and regulatory enforcement.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing, or eligibility to waive in.4-6 years of substantive experience in litigation, government investigations, and/or compliance work.Prior experience with a government agency, such as an Attorney General’s office or executive branch, is highly preferred. * Judicial clerkship experience is a plus, but not required.Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and deliver strategic counsel.Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment, both as a team player and when working autonomously. * Soft Skills: Exceptional research, writing, analytical, communication, and oral advocacy skills are a must.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on state and federal regulatory investigations, administrative litigation, and compliance matters.Represent clients in high-profile economic development matters within the state of Georgia.Handle spinoff consumer class litigation and other regulatory-driven disputes.Develop compliance strategies to mitigate enforcement risk and support internal investigations.Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to provide comprehensive client solutions.Why Join Us?Join a multidisciplinary team of over 60 attorneys at the forefront of regulatory law and government investigations.
