Responsibilities:We are seeking candidates who are either located in or willing to relocate to the Western United States, including but not limited to Texas, California, Washington, Utah, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, and surrounding states.Position SummaryThe Regional Vice President (RVP) is a strategic leader responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and talent development within a designated geographic region. This role partners closely with the executive leadership team to shape and execute key business strategies that enhance performance, expand market presence, and deliver exceptional patient and team member experience. With full P&L ownership, the RVP ensures that business objectives are met while upholding HearingLife’s Core Values:

The RVP plays a pivotal role in building high-performing teams, fostering leadership development, and implementing strategic initiatives that align with company goals. This leader must consistently challenge the status quo, drive innovation, and maintain a keen focus on measurable performance outcomes.Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Performance Management
  • Lead and mentor a team of approximately 12 field managers (Area Directors and District Managers) to achieve operational excellence and exceed financial targets.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive results and ensure optimal business performance across all clinics.
  • Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term business strategies that balance revenue growth, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Chief of Sales and executive leadership to align regional objectives with the company’s strategic vision.
  • People & Leadership Development
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture by identifying, attracting, and developing top talent.
  • Coach and mentor field leaders to elevate leadership capabilities and improve execution in key business areas.
  • Conduct regular field visits and hands-on coaching sessions to drive team engagement, accountability, and results.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Financial & Operational Excellence
  • Oversee full P&L responsibility for the region, ensuring financial discipline and sustainable profitability.
  • Optimize clinic operations by enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, setting aggressive yet achievable financial targets while effectively managing labor and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with medical privacy standards, operational protocols, and company policies.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Business Growth
  • Serve as a critical link between field operations and the executive team, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, including new acquisitions and market expansion strategies.
  • Drive adoption and execution of HearingLife’s clinic operating model: “All the Right Things”.
  • Collaborate with corporate functions (Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.) to implement initiatives that enhance regional success.

Qualifications:Position Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales management experience in a retail, healthcare, or comparable environment, including 5+ years of multi-unit leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive high performance, develop talent, and lead large teams toward ambitious business objectives.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze P&L statements and optimize profitability.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to navigate complexity, manage ambiguity, and execute with agility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Additional InformationThis position requires extensive travel (80%+), including regular site visits and meetings with field leadership.HearingLife is committed to empowering people to hear better.
