Job description: Regional Tax Manager – North AmericaWe are assisting a listed logistics group in hiring a US Corporate Tax professional to join their regional finance team. This role focuses on tax compliance, reporting, and transfer pricing for their North American operations.Job Location: Hong KongResponsibilities:

• Supervise US tax provision, forecast, and budget processes
• Review US federal and state tax returns prepared by advisors
• Coordinate with local teams to gather financial data
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation and segmental P&L
• Manage tax audits and resolve irregularities
• Contribute to tax planning and structuring strategies
• Monitor US tax law changes and update stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of US tax experience in Big 4 or in-house
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state tax compliance
• Degree in accounting, taxation, or related field
• CPA qualification or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
