This is a Dunedin based role.In addition to the above you will:

• Own and manage ongoing development and implementation of Customer Stakeholder Management Plans
• Proactively engage with community groups, stakeholders and clients
• Enhance brand and reputation; seek opportunities to grow presence in community and market
• Advise customers on policies, standards and procedures related to access, signage and encroachment
• Liaise with field staff to collect field information and provide assessments
• Liaise daily with the operational team to ensure prompt issue resolution
• Support the construction and tenders teams in operational tasks
• Take a lead role in organising regional events and volunteer initiatives in the community
