Job description: As the Regional Senior Manager, Talent Development (APAC& EMEA) you will be responsible to lead the design and delivery of power skills learning, leadership development, career pathing, and succession planning across nine countries and is ideal for someone passionate about building future-ready talent in both technical and non-technical functions.
- Lead organization-wide learning needs analysis using data-driven methodologies.
- Design, implement, and enhance power skills and leadership development programs to support business growth.
- Facilitate flagship leadership programs and refine learning experiences based on feedback and evolving business needs.
- Support HR Business Partners and leaders in career development discussions and implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Drive the identification and acceleration of high-potential talent, ensuring alignment with succession planning efforts.
- Maintain oversight of vendor management and procurement processes while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain talent development analytics dashboards and reporting.
- Facilitate and guide talent reviews and succession planning across the region.
- Ensure the deployment of global learning and development standards, where regionally relevant.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in talent development, ideally within complex, multinational environments.
- Strong track record in creating and managing regional learning and development initiatives.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational development strategies.
- Experienced in high-potential identification frameworks, career pathing, and succession planning.
- Analytical mindset with strong capability to use data to drive talent insights.
- Design-thinking capability to create impactful and relevant development solutions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Expected salary: 240000 – 276000 per year
