Interested parties please send resume with expected salary, current salary & available date to Miss Rainbow Lee on [email redacted, apply via Company website]Job Requirement:Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;At least 8 years all round HR experience in a sizable company, preferably gained in retail/F&B industry;Familiar with HKSAR Labour Ordinance and other HR related legislations;Experience in using BIPO is an added advantage;Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;Self-motivated, strong positive attitude with problem solving skills, and can work attitude under a fast-paced working environment;Strong sense of responsibility , initiative and able to work independently;Proficient in both written and spoken in Mandarin and EnglishImmediately available is preferred.Job Responsibilities:Perform full-spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment , Monthly Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management , Employee Relations and other related HR matters for the Company (office and frontline staff);Work with headquarter departments and external parties in Manpower Planning, HR strategies and Budgeting to support business development;Reviewing and implementation of HR policies and procedures to meet Group HR requirements and in compliance with local legislation;Manage and maintain HRIS to ensure its accuracy;Prepare regular HR reports for management review;Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and systemAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
