Job description: Regional Innovation Portfolio ManagerLocation: Prague-based with regional scopeAbout the role:
This is a high-impact role within the AEI Innovation team, responsible for managing the regional innovation portfolio and governance across multiple markets. The position plays a crucial part in identifying opportunities, driving consistency, and ensuring commercial acceleration in line with AEI’s Innovation Strategy. It requires strong project management, commercial insight, and cross-functional collaboration to scale innovations effectively across Europe.Key responsibilities:

• Lead the innovation governance process and manage the cross-market innovation pipeline
• Identify synergies and commercial acceleration opportunities in collaboration with in-market teams
• Track and report innovation performance (execution & financial), and ensure regional consistency
• Govern and continuously optimise the stage-gate process (Smartgate)
• Coordinate with Group R&D and manage long-term innovation project reporting to Japan
• Own key business rhythms: innovation councils, steerco meetings, team cadences
• Develop and manage innovation reporting frameworks, dashboards, and competitor reviews

What we’re looking for:

• University degree
• 10+ years of experience in FMCG innovation, brand marketing, insights or project management
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn insights into action
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Fluent in English
• Proven experience working cross-functionally in a complex matrix organisation
