For more information, please visit: “https://www.livspace.com/”Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Business Head – Real Estate Partnerships to lead business development, strategy execution, and P&L management for a defined region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, real estate or interiors, and leadership experience driving growth through strategic partnerships with developers.Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L Management: Take full ownership of regional profitability, driving revenue growth and ensuring the achievement of operational and financial targets.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to drive results across sales and partnership development functions.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Formulate and implement region-specific strategies to expand market presence, onboard developers, and enhance partner engagement.
  • Customized Solutions: Collaborate with operations and other internal teams to develop and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and tailor-made offerings for developer partners.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders such as CEOs, CSMOs, and CRM Heads within the developer ecosystem.
  • Business Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to identify opportunities and address challenges through Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Internal Collaboration: Actively participate in business planning and strategy reviews with company leadership, including the Business Head.

Job Requirement

  • MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development, preferably with P&L responsibility in real estate or interiors.
  • Proven success in driving growth and managing complex partnerships at a regional level.
  • Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing medium to large teams.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • High-performance ratings in previous roles with a reputation for delivering results.
