Working closely with passionate colleagues, you’ll thrive in a culture that values excellence, innovation, and making an impact.If you’re ready to take on a rewarding challenge and contribute to a team that’s shaping the fintech sector, this is your opportunity!Responsibilities will include:Partner with business leaders to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies.Manage multiple requisitions across various departments, ensuring timely and quality hires.Collaborate with HR and leadership to align recruitment strategies with broader business goals.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.Conduct competency-based interview training to support and guide hiring managers on best practices.Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal hiring policies.Provide coaching and training to hiring managers on recruitment processes and tools.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process.Partner with external recruitment agencies and vendors when needed.Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and workflows efficiently.Analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness) to continuously improve processes.Represent FNZ at recruitment events, career fairs, and industry forums.Drive employer branding initiatives to position FNZ as an employer of choice.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a business partner capacity.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Expertise in sourcing strategies, including social media, talent pools, and direct sourcing.A data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience in analysing metrics to improve hiring processes.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.What We Offer:A collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Competitive salary and benefits package.The chance to make a real impact on our organisation’s growth and success.A hybrid 3+2 model combining working from the office and from home.We provide global career opportunities for our employees at any of our offices in the UK, Czech Republic, Australia, New Zealand, China and more.If this role appeals to you, please apply with your cover letter and CV by the 20th of January 2025.*Please note we shortlist as we receive applications.
